Shadowing the Women's Prize for Fiction 2013

There are different ways for you and your reading group to shadow the Women’s Prize for Fiction 2013. Here are some suggestions!

* Read a selection of books from the 2013 longlist and tell us what you think on the Women’s Prize Google Communities page

* When the shortlist is announced on Tuesday 16 April, why not read each of the books as a group, like the Warwickshire Super Readers group did last year, and then choose your own winner?

* Or you can divide the books up, reading one or two of the six shortlisted titles each.

* This year, for the first time, the Women’s Prize will be streaming the awards ceremony on 5 June live so you’ll be able to watch at home or in the library. Why not host your own ’Women’s Prize for Fiction party’ and vote for your winner?

You can get more inspiration from another group that shadowed the Prize last year, and from the all-male group that reviewed some of the 2012 shortlisted titles.

Check back soon to meet the official Women’s Prize for Fiction reading groups!
