We meet on the on third Tuesday, of every month, at Shevington Library. We like to tackle all sorts of literature, fiction and non- fiction and we follow it up with discussions of our likes and dislikes about the book. We are friendly and open to new members. “I Enjoyed the book and admired this authors perseverance as a crime solver and her skill in bringing 1980’s West Coast America to life and continuing the story to the present day. Her style was very engaging and the pace was good. I loved the epilogue written to the killer.
Part 3 of the book, written by Paul Haynes and Riley Jensen after Michelle McNamara’s death, must have been difficult to write, but I’m afraid it failed to grip me. I ended up Internet sourcing details concerning Michelle’s death. I would certainly recommend this book to a friend and would like to read anything written by Michelle.”
