I liked the book as it was about a girl in war who loses her parens and discovers her long-lost grand-father. It had funny bits, sad bits, happy bits, and plenty of suspense. It interested me because it featured the war, which is a topic I like. My favourite person was Petra, as she was a little trooper and she did not give up. I would recommend this book to anybody that likes to learn about war.
