My reading group were lucky enough to win copies of this book. It was a hit all round. One of us read it with tears in her eyes as it struck many chords. We all thought it dealt with some decidedly thorny issues with great sensitivity. Each of us had our own favourite characters and we all thought them fairly believable. We all appreciated the optimism it left us with. Most of us were gripped by it and found it compelling.
