Since leaving the Foundling Hospital, Hetty Feather has seen her fair share of drama, excitement, tragedy and loss. After the death of her beloved mama, she sets off to find a real home at last – starting with the search for her father. But Hetty is no longer a simple country girl, and begins to fear she’ll never truly belong anywhere.

It was an amazing book and I would recommend it
I think this is wonderful book because the girl Hetty is going to look where she belongs and her mum died and her father works with fishes and have a wife called Katherine that Hetty detests her so much and she went to live with her beloved step brother Jem and she runs away from him and went join it I would recomend this book because the girl who did not have proper parents searches were she belongs so I like it.
My favourite is how brave she is and it was so good to read I kept reading more
It was awsome
It was a very interesting I think that Hetty was the best character because she had good character development and no matter what did what she wanted to and I think that what she did was a good idea because if you do what your heart says then you will be truly happy although I think she should have conversed with Jem about the fact of Hetty being underage and not old enough for him.
It was very interesting and such a beautiful adventure.
It is a really good book I love it
Good
I am loving this book! As I read it, I am more hooked on it!
I love this book and it is so interesting and i don"t want it to end but it did but I hope there are more books like this.
I like this book because...It has a true meaning and is a bit sad but fine.
Fun story
I like this book because its about family
I liked Hetty as she is daring and strong and I don't think she made the right choice I would have stayed with the dad because she had her friend with her and in the other option she had her foster mum. And in the circus you have to work hard.
I liked the storyline. My favourite character is Hetty. I liked it when Hetty went with her family.
Hetty finds her father! At last...
Very good story
It is about a girl who has several names lost in search of her dad.
This is a fiction book and I liked how the author has expressed the feeling of the character "Hetty" when her mom and her foster dad John died. what interested me more is how Hetty rose up to the challenge to take care of her foster mom Peg as she was very petrified after her husband John passed away. The character I like most was Janet because she and Jem were the only one listening to Hetty and being kind to her.
Great/Good/Awsome/Amazing
Heart warming story about the struggles of growing up in the 18th century as a foundling. Hetty's 3rd adventure. - Magical.
I liked Hetty best
I loved this book. It is the final book in the Hetty Feather series and is so good. I loved all the plots in the lovely heartwarming book. It is amazing.
Really enjoyed this book
She went to the circus but nothing really happened after that.
Emerald star is a very gripping story. I love hearing about hetty's challenges and adventures and the way she struggels through them but sometimes its heart breaking.
Emerald Star is a fabulous book, my favourite character was Emerald. I liked the part when she found her father but had to leave as her foster mothers health had got worse when her husband had died.
Hetty Feather visited her dad, Jem and someone else from her past.
I recommend the book to all people because it, as the story goes on it, hooks more people into it like the part she described how it was in the past with Jem.
I don’t usually read Jacqueline Wilson books but Emerald Star is good. The story covers hetty trying to find her long lost red haired father who abandoned her and her mother Ida. My favourite part is when her fathers family kind of accepts her and their daughter isn’t so cruel.
