We Are Together by Britta Teckentrup - Activity and Library Competition

We Are Together Competition

Continuing with their commitment to publishing diverse and inclusive books for children of all ages, Little Tiger Group presents the latest peep-through, richly illustrated picture book from Britta Teckentrup, We Are Together.

To support the book’s themes of strength in community, they have created an activity sheet that allows children to think about similarities and differences, and to draw themselves.

The idea is that a gallery of individuals can be grouped within their library to show a real representation of togetherness, and being a part of a bigger whole. The pages can be displayed in full A4, or ‘cookie-cut’ to create a ‘paper dolly’ chain.

To participate in your library, download the We Are Together activity sheet.

Little Tiger would love to see your displays and activities in the library using #WeAreTogether on social media, tagging @LittleTigerUK and @readingagency.

You can also share photos directly with Kimberley, using the email address above. The deadline date for this feedback is 26 November.

All of the displays which are shared will be entered into a prize draw, with the winning library receiving a limited signed print from Bee: A Peek-Through Picture Book by Britta Teckentrup.
