The Specsavers Crime Thriller Awards 2011

The longlists for each of the three categories in the Specsavers Crime Thriller Awards were announced on Friday 22 July. These are the CWA Gold Dagger; the John Creasey (New Blood) Dagger and the Ian Fleming Steel Dagger.

The 2011 season documentary series, THE A to Z OF CRIME, will start on Thursday 1 September at 9pm on ITV3.

In the lead-up to the Specsavers Crime Thriller Awards 2011, the public will get the chance to vote for the ITV3 People’s Bestseller Dagger online at www.itv.com/crimethrillerawards. The winner will be presented with their award at the awards ceremony on 7 October.
