Best display competition
There’s still time to enter the competition for the best library display using Orange Prize materials and books. Last year, the prize went to Fareham Library in Hampshire for their innovative window display. If you would like to enter the competition, please email Judith Shipman photos of your displays to us by Friday 17 June.
The winning library will be awarded a set of the Orange Prize for Fiction shortlist.
Reading groups
We would love to hear from any of your reading groups that have shadowed the Prize about their views on this year’s shortlist, and who they chose as the winner. Please send your reviews of the shortlisted books to Judith Shipman us with reviews of the shortlisted books.
Orange Prize events
It would also be great to hear about any events that you ran around the Orange Prize in your libraries.
Please email us information and pictures of your Orange Prize parties and events. We will publish them on the Reading Groups for Everyone website. We’ve put up the results we’ve had from Warwickshire and Dulwich and will be looking out for others. They will also be on our facebook page
