Live Wires Book Group

Independent Age offers a telephone book group for members aged 65 years + over. The group will discuss on the telephone with 5-6 members in a conference call every 4-6 weeks for one hour to discuss a book. In each group there would be a facilitator who would organise the calls and when they take place. A reading list will be sent out to you, where the group decides on which book they would like to read and discuss for their next meet. A Pre-paid envelope will also be sent out to you and once you have finished the book, you will return this back to us. There are no cost charges for this service.
