Newbiggin Reading Group

adults

Meets at Newbiggin Library on

Run by Ailsa Hindhaugh Library service

We meet once a month to discuss books that we have read for that month. Our meetings last for 1hour and are held at our local Library in Newbiggin. We receive a list from the Library Services (Northumberland County Council) They give us a wide range of books picked by the group so that they are aimed to please all our readers. They can be anything from classics, crime, non-fiction, historical, romance, and so much more. I get to know of any local events that may interest our members and inform them how to attend - these can be quizzes at a Library to readings from local authors. We currently have five members (both male and female from the ages of 26 and over) who have all individual tastes and personalities but we mesh well together. We hold talks about our monthly books as well as any other books that we may have read. If you feel like you want to join our group please feel free to contact myself via email which is [email protected] On behalf of the Newiggin Bok Group - We look forward to hearing from you and hope to see you soon.

We meet at: Gibson Street, Newbiggin by the sea, Northumberland, NE64 6UZ
