The Writers Group

An informal monthly get together for adults (16+) interested in creative writing. Abilities range from complete beginners to established writers, with interests in poetry, short fiction, monologues, and novels. The group offers the opportunity to meet and share experience and feedback in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Each month we have a short writing exercise prepared by one of the group. We also have occasional talks and workshops by guest authors. The group is free to join. No need to book - just turn up and introduce yourself!
