Their charming widower father, Rupert Carrington is too occupied with his London business to see very much of them. Jane is warmly welcomed into this happy household.
A bit sweet and sugary for my taste. Very predictable and everything turns out just beautifully for absolutely everyone. If you liked A Hundred and One Dalmations, which is one of her other books, then you'll probably like this, too.
