Handa's Surprise

It was a really nice story.

I love loved when the fruit fell into her basket and came out by the animals.

The animals took the fruits. My favourite part was the tangerines in the basket.

I liked Handa best because she surprised her friend Akeyo. The animals were stealing the fruits from Handa's basket; they were very cheeky! I would definitely recommend this book.

I thought it was really good and colourful. My favourite character was Handa and my favourite animal was the Elephant. I would recommend this book to other children.

I liked the story and I liked that it was surprise for both of them.

Simple book for younger readers. Has a fun twist that children may not expect. Educates on different cultures and helping friends. Words tell one story and pictures tell another so lots to engage and discuss with children

I love this book because it had my favourite fruit passionfruit in it and I loved when the animal steal the fruit it was really cute

Handa because she is the main charter and she is a Nigerian just like me! Because it was all about her getting a big surprise for her friend then animals stared tacking the fruits from the basic and then a antelope crashes into a tangerine tree and then little tangerines started falling from the tree and then when she got back to her friend it was a big surprised for Handa to!

The pictures are really lovely and I like that she is being kind to her friend even when the animals are cheeky.

It’s a lovely book with a very interesting end. I enjoyed reading it. My favourite fruit was tangerine too!!!

This funny African tale is about a girl called Handa and she puts in her basket 7 different types of fruits to take to her friend Akeyo as a suprise. But some cheeky creatures have cheated on Handa and when she does arrive she herself gets a suprise when some knid of miracle happens. I would recommend this book to an early reader
