I have used this book and found it very interesting and had a good rummage in my cupboards using up lots of tinned food.
It is written with the food bank recipients in mind as it uses lots of tinned and packet food.
The meat loaf using a tin of cooked meat and a tin of pears mixed with a sage and onion stuffing mix was delicious. Sweet and savoury.
