Heartstopper: Volume One

A cute, adorable, young adult graphic novel of teenage, same-sex love. There’s some swearing and a brief part where one character tries to force himself on another character but otherwise this is really lovely and fluffy. I can see why it’s a popular book with young adults.

I loved this book so much. I read it twice in one day and I am borrowing the next one in the series as soon as possible to see what happens after their first kiss. This book captured my heart! Just as Nick captured Charlie’s .

I enjoyed this book as it is the first lgbtqi+ graphic novel I have read. I particularly like the character Nick and enjoy the way his character develops. It is a really sweet story of school sweethearts but with important and often serious issues tackled in an easy to understand manner.

I liked this book it took my interest as my friend had read it and it was something different to what I usually read because I don’t usually read comic set up books . I would recommend it but it depends on what type of books you like to whether I would recommend it to you persifically.

I like this book because it is about Nock and Charlie before they were in a relationship and things are awkward and it is cool seeing the transformation from strangers to lovers

A lovely inclusive graphic novel following a blossoming relationship between two kind and mindful individuals. A true joy.

I really enjoyed this book because it was like a comic book and they are my favourite

I liked that it was funny, and that it was written like a comic.

I thought the book was really good because it kept me interested in the story and made me want to read more and more. My favourite character in the book was Ben because his personality stood out in the story.

Personally, this book is placed 4th in my top 5. It is full of fun journeys and lots of twists.

I enjoyed my first graphic novel and my favourite character was Isaac. I have already made my Dad read it!
