I got the entire series for my birthday, and all four of the books are absolutely AMAZING!
Adventurous and funny, with lovable heros and a beautiful plot, this book is among the best ones I've ever read.

Upon reading this, you will enter a world of great imaginination.

I love when xar and wish meet because they are saving the world

This is one my favourite. I adore it and Cressida Cowell. It is magical and I recommend it to those who like fantasy, adventure, magic and action

This book is a magical adventure clearly showing the difference between good and bad magic. My favourite characters were definitely Xar and Wish. I like Xar because
he is very brave and I like Wish because she knows what is good and bad and found out she was a Great Enchanter. I would recommend it to someone else.

I liked Wish Xar best because they're both like me. Xar is mischievous and likes going on expeditions, and Wish is very different and crazy.

This book is a very mysterious and exiting book

It was very very good and it was also a bit scary because near the end there was a king inside the stone. Luckily by the time it was back out it was too weak to do lots more damage.

Zar a rebel .

It was fiction book and it’s a adventure story. The main characters were Wish and Xar, Xar is a wizard and wish is a warrior with magical powers.
I would recommend this book to someone else.

This is an absolutely amazing book. Every sentence is described in such detail and the illustrations are great. I love how there are two friends that should be enemies, it is so magical
Cressida Cowell is an outstanding author.

It was exiting and mysical. I loved it and my favroute character was wish. It was lots of fun and i would recommend this book to all ages.

I really loved this book. It was very adventurous and cliff hanging. I also liked the fact that there was an unknown narrator. My favourite character was forest heart the snowcat.

Loved it. Favourite characters Wish and Xar. Young witch and wizard adventure plus finding their magic.

An entertaining book which my boys loved but it took me a little longer to get into. However the quirky characters do grow on you and the unfailing confidence in themselves as well as the quirky characteristics of them did mean the characters grow on you, I think the third book was our favourite which is read brilliantly by David Tenant

Good read

It's an exciting story, and it made me want to read the 2nd book right away. Its a great adventure book. My favourite bit was when the Queen witch came out of the stone that takes away magic. My favourite character was squeeze gus because he talks with an s at the end of every word. I would recommend it.

The witch is really scary

I thought that the book was really magical.
My thoughts of what I have read are that there was a plot twist when we found out Wish had really powerful, rare magic although she is a Worrior.
My favourite character was Squeezjoos because she is really cute and really very quite brave when a drop of Witchblood landed on her.
I would defiantly recommend this book to others. Probably someone who like magic and a plot twist.

I like wizards and magic. The story was interesting and the characters were a bit funny.
