Rescue reading group promotion scores a hit: Review competition winners announced

Books and Banter reading group from Dinnington Library near Rotherham, South Yorkshire, win Little, Brown Book Group competition to review Rescue, the new novel from award-winning author Anita Shreve. The group win a Fortnum and Mason hamper. Val Thompson from the group says: “It was a really good feeling that we were asked to review a book that had not gone on general release. The process was extremely interesting to the whole group and we are absolutely thrilled to have won!”

The runners up were Oakwood Readers group from Leeds and Halfway House Book Club from Liverpool, who each win a full set of Anita Shreve’s backlist.
