Brockley Babes in Arms: Reading Group

adults, children

Meets at Nic Cook on

Run by Nicola Cook Library service London Borough of Lewisham - Libraries

A reading group for new and newish parents. A chance for local parents to meet and discuss a book informally but with a bit of intellectual stimulation- a snippet of 'adult time' in the whirlwind of parenting. I am a new parent to an 8 week old and thought that this would be a rewarding and purposeful way to meet local parents and build community bonds, with the benefits of getting through some interesting literature. This is a new group and we are planning to meet on the first Thursday of each month at Crofton Park Library. Our first book is yet to be chosen so any suggestions are most welcome. Our first meeting will act as an introduction, with cake. Please get in touch if you're interested in this it would be great to hear from you. All welcome!

We meet at: Crofton Park Library , Brockley , Se4 2ag
