Children aged 8 - 12 years old. We meet every 4 weeks in Newton Aycliffe library from 4.30pm to 5.30 pm.
The type of books vary every time as the group is so mixed.
The two best successes were "The Boy in the Stripped Pyjamas and Doctor Proctors Fart Powder - such different books.
We read books as a group at home and then discuss them in the meeting followed by crafts, treasure hunts or quizzes based on junior fiction.
