Okinawa in the East China sea has the longest-lived population in the world and relatively little incidence of the dieases that plague the Western world. The Okinawa way is a four-week plan for diet, fitness and well-being designed by the authors for retarding and reversing the symptoms of ageing.

Very interesting factual book. I learnt a lot about Okinawa, the amazing lifestyle and diet of the people who live there, average lifespan of an Okanawian is 100 years! a bit heavy reading but good if you are interested in nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
