The story is fun and the book has lots of colourful pictures. I like reading the rhyming text and the picture at the end of the book shows a big, beautifully decorated Christmas tree!
I liked it because at the end of the story I saw Santa.
One of our favourite festive reads
The pop up Christmas tree at the end is my favourite part of the book. I like how the village is illustrated at the bottom of the Christmas tree and the story is simple.

"Pick a Pine Tree" has Rid's poems in it of how you should decorate your Christmas tree. This book is good for people inspired by poems and age 4-8 years old.

It had good pictures and not many words.
This is a great rhyming picture book to get you in the mood for Christmas time because it describes the exciting feeling of a family getting the tree ready.
It is great to read aloud and there are bright, colourful illustrations that really share the mood of choosing the tree, putting on the lights, getting out the baubles and tinsel, and finally turning on the fairy lights.
